Face clock

Hello everyone, 
My 24 hours trial finished yesterday, so I make a payment that I can still use the faces. 
Unfortunately I can not put any new face on... Copied the code followed the instructions and all the time a message was coming on the phone screen (photo attached to this email).
Obviously the watch was next to my phone all the time, my phone and my watch was also connected so I don't know what to do anymore. Restart both devices, same. 
Can you please help me or send me a link or have a look on my account, I don't know anything. I don't want to be paying for something I am not even using.

If you have the name if the Clock Face developer, you will need to contact them directly.

Yes I have done it already, they said now it's fit bit responsible for that in other words the connection  so yeab waiting to hear back from them now .
