My Versa just died today. I’ve tried recharging but my app says battery is full. I’ve also tried restarting but no response. Complete blank screen and Bluetooth can’t locate it. What’s wrong?

Long story short, I received my fourth Versa since April today. Versa #1 crashed two months after purchasing. Fitbit replaced. Six weeks after receiving, Versa #2 wouldn't hold a charge for more than 4 hours. Fitbit replaced. Six weeks after receiving Versa #3 went to a black screen. Fully charged, recognized by bluetooth, but screen stayed black no matter what I did. Because I had already performed all the suggested fixes with no results, Fitbit replaced. I'm wondering how long #4 will last. So disappointed in this product.
