Long story short, I received my fourth Versa since April today. Versa #1 crashed two months after purchasing. Fitbit replaced. Six weeks after receiving, Versa #2 wouldn't hold a charge for more than 4 hours. Fitbit replaced. Six weeks after receiving Versa #3 went to a black screen. Fully charged, recognized by bluetooth, but screen stayed black no matter what I did. Because I had already performed all the suggested fixes with no results, Fitbit replaced. I'm wondering how long #4 will last. So disappointed in this product.
