I've seen similar posts and they resulted in the fitbit having to be replaced. If you contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com they will be able to check your warranty status and advise on your options.

If you are in Europe the warranty runs for 2 years.

Mine fell off too, though it was over 2 1/2 years old and well out of warranty.  It also just fell off without any abnormal use or abuse.  I opened an online chat with fitbit support (more on that later).  I was told the watch was not repairable.  I decided to try to do a "bushfix" since I had nothing to lose.  I carefully applied a very small amout of super glue on the inside edge of the housing being careful not to get glue on the electronics or the outside of the case.  It worked ... at least for now.  I certainly will not trust it to be waterproof anymore though.

Back to customer service.  When I told them I was planning on ordering a newer version fitbit as a replacement for my damaged watch, they offered me a promo code.  Nice touch and totally unexpected since the watch was out of warranty.  I ordered the new discounted fitbit online the same day.

What started out as a nasty surprise has been resolved.  Yes, I had to buy a new watch, but my old repaired watch will become my emergency backup,   And the discount was a welcome perk.
