Facebook Messenger Alerts not working

HI,

I can receive SMS test alerts OK, however Facebook Messenger alerts aren't appearing on the watch.

Anyone else having this problem ?

Sorry to hear this I havea couple of questions for you @Smurfggm

Does Facebook messenger alerts show up on the phones lock screen? 

Have you checked permissions on the phone and the fit it app? 

It would be helpful to include the phone type when asking about a phone problem.

My phone is a Google Pixel2.

Alerts are working on the phone OK, except the the notification dot appears to have stopped working. I wonder if there is a conflict with FitBit app.

I'm not sure what the notification dot is? So you are able to get Facebook messenger akerts? I though that was subject of the thread .
