My Fitbit Versa Lite was having issues so I factory reset it and now it won't turn on or charge. I've tried different plugs in & held down the side button. What do I do to turn it back on?

I'm having the exact same issue with Versa.  Black screen, not charging, unable to restart after factory reset.
