I used the factory settings to delete everything and to start over again after everything had failed. I have waited 8 hours for the data to clear but it keep saying data not cleared so I do not have anything! Can some one tell me what steps I can take to reboot my Versa Lite?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
