my versa 2 worked beautifully for about 6 months. It finally quit charging so I was informed that a factory reset might fix this. Now I am still as bad off because I cant set up the device anymore. My android app nor my windows app can discover the phone. So it just leaves me stuck in setup screen. Cant do anything

Hi @mustangpony,
Did you get the warranty when you purchased a Versa? If you did, you should be covered to be sent a new one.

Its the most useless device on earth as it can't be fixed they don't have a repair shop and they just taking money from ppl for a useless device
