Hi! I have the original Versa and all of a sudden today the screen went blank... I charged it for several hours but it wouldn’t come back on. I did a factory reset, and the device buzzed as it should, but the screen is still “on” but blank with some small lines through it.... any advice for fixing if the factory reset is not working?!

Hi @Bebop1417 , contact Customer Support about it. Hope it's still under warranty, regards kuzibri
