Hi @Skc946 , after a Factory Reset, your Versa Lite acts as a new watch that has never been out of the box. This means that there is no iOS on your Versa Lite and you have to setup it all over again within the Fitbit app to get it to work again, just the way you did when you first got it. Regards kuzibri
