Tried a factory reset on my versa 2, now fitbit tells me to download Fitbit app (in many different languages). Phone can not find the Fitbit.  Tried turning bluetooth off and on, tried holding all three buttons on fitbit, tried uninstalling app on phone and reinstalling,  phone still can't find fitbit.  Thing has been a pain ever since I got it.

@GrandpaAl, open the phones Bluetooth settings, select the Versa 2, and select the Forget option.  After forgetting the Bluetooth settings, close the Bluetooth screen and select Apps->Fitbit. Do a Force Close, then select Storage and Clear Cache, Clear Data.  Then close the settings and re-open the Fitbit app to try the setup again.

Appreciate the help, tried your suggestions, still won't communicate.
Guess it's just another piece of electronics junk.

Why was the factory reset done? The answer may link to your current problem.

We want the Fitbit app, during the setup, to find the tracker. The phones Bluetooth will not be able to find the tracker.

You say that you can not do an add device.

At what step does the setup process fail?

Any error messages?
