Hi!
My fitbit Versas has the logo screen stuck running in the background of all of the screens. It’s very difficult to read the screen like this. How can I fix it?
I have already restarted the device multiple times, did a factory reset and updated it. I even tried to change the clock face. Nothing has fixed it.

Hi Nicole, since you already have undertaken the well known actions so solve the problem, unfortunately without any luck, I advice you to contact Customer Support about it.
