Account email was changed

I received an email saying my email was changed, if it wasn't me I was to reply. I did and it said someone was to get back with me. It's been a couple of weeks and still waiting . I tried to  log in to change the face on my versa and it says there is no account with that email. I had to sign up again to post this. What can I do?

@BensterD Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they reached you via email recently. Please check out your email account and see if you received their email.
