The app told me there was an update when I pressed to install it my watch **ahem** off. Now it won’t turn back on... yes it is in the charger!

Hello @Szickefoose, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, have you already tried to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) for several seconds (10-12)? A Fitbit logo should appear. If you have tried already, please try again, only this time keep the buttons pressed for 30 seconds.

If the screen on your Versa still doesn't turn on, please reply to us so we can check this further and determine what we should do next.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

This is a common problem with their updates and the Versa. I️ “updated” my Versa today and guess what? All of a sudden it no longer works! I’m not even surprised. It’s great Fitbit is sending me a replacement device however this is my 4th replacement!! I️ got my device a few days after it was released and for the first 3 months I️ had to send it back! Their “updates” kill the device and they have yet to resolve it!
