Failed restart

I could not use exercise mode so did a restart by holding down side button as per instructions. Then watch stuck on Fitbit sign. Followed instructions to turn off blue tooth, switch off phone, delete app and reinstall. Nothing is working and the watch is essentially useless

hello there, have you fixed your problem? I'm having the same problem but I didn't do anything differently,  mine jus did that out of the blue....

Hi @Gail_Murray , @King26 -  if the watch is now stuck on logo, try another restart by holding the button for 10 seconds, or contact support, there is obviously a problem with it.

The watch is now stuck on the fitbit logo. I have tried deleting the app and restarting again but nothing is working. I am furious as it was an expensive item. I am going to take it back to the retailer
