I once had another iPhone which I no longer have. I think I had the Fitbit app on that. As a result I cannot register for the App to be installed on my current iPhone as I keep getting the message my email address is already registered. What shall I do as I have a new Fitbit Versa 3 and really want to use it with my iPhone?

Hi, @Claremarguerite , you should be able to download the app without your email address so I am assuming you have downloaded it onto your current phone. Then when you open the app don’t choose the option “join FitBit” instead choose “log in” . If you don’t remember your old password you can follow the instructions to reset it. Once you have done that you can log in and you will have access to your old account information and will be able to set up your new FitBit.
If you do have any further issues please post again. There is always someone here to help.

The trouble is I cannot install the App onto my phone as every time I try it says that email address is already registered !

Hi, @Claremarguerite the email address is asked for when you click “join Fitbit”. If you click join
Fitbit and enter an email address which is already used, that is the message you will receive. You need to click “log in”
Do you use iOS or Android? Simply go to the Google play store or the Apple App Store, find the Fitbit app and download it (it sounds like you have already done that if you are getting the error message) Then when you go to the app, choose “log in” not “join”.
