Family Deezer - can I add multiple fitbits

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi, my husband and I have each purchased a new Fitbit. I have the versa 2 and he the ionic. I have set up a Deezer family account and can't seem to workout how we can both have the same account but using different profiles which are linked to each separate Fitbit. I hope that makes sense. Is this possible and if so can anyone help me please? Thank you

Hi @Tasha1111  the Family Account is for those having a young child who uses the Ace series and by law has to be under the guardianship account. You and your husband will need to have your own accounts, which means you each need your own email address. You can share the same computer or mobile device to sync and view your stats, but you can't share a single account. You can still be friends, which would, if you set them up with permissions, show the other one the stats for the other. Is this what you need?

Thank you for your response. We wanted to use it like Spotify, where we pay
for the family mode but use it on different devices. We want it so we can
listen to music from our fitbits with Bluetooth headphones, without needing
our phones. With Spotify on the Fitbit, you need your phone close by. The
only other option I have found is that we pay for a Spotify converter. Do
you have any knowledge in this area? Thank you

Sorry, I don't know enough about Spotify, as I don't subscribe to it. You could post about it in the Third Party Integration forum area to see if anyone has some ideas for you.
