Faulty replacement recon watch

Purchased a Versa 2 for myself and my wife several months ago, my wife’s developed a charging fault and was replaced with a recon item. This will now not sync to app and we got a message saying that it was locked as reported stolen or replace with a warranty replacement, after 3 contacts with support and promises of support from a different team by email each time, no email received! Contacted support again who talked me through a factory reset! Watch now locked on Fitbit symbol, support promised a message re a further warranty replacement. Email states no further warranty replacement available. So now stuck with a useless watch.Recommend Fitbit, not a chance in hell
