Anyone thinking of buying a versa think again. I bought 2, first one has been with Fitbit for 9 weeks. Second one just started flashing uncontrolably. Fitbit now say they don’t have a record of a second unit they also refuse to offer a refund as do amazon through whom we purchased them. Fitbit customer service is totally useless don’t waste money or effort buy an alternative.
I am starting to lose faith rapidly in Fitbit. My first Versa the battery started dying really quickly. To be fair they then replaced it. Second one arrived the heart rate monitor did not work. They replaced it. Third one the battery - again is so shocking! I charged it just before I went to bed and for some reason it only went to 99%, would not go to 100% and then when I woke up in the morning it is already at 62%.
What kind of products are they making here?? I spent a lot of money on this product only to be spending my time complaining and seeking replacements. It’s beginning to become a joke.
