Would be nice to have a watch by fitbit where the features actually work , just come back over to fitbit was a loyal user uptil nov last year , moved to another watch company that was fab in terms of there features it all work but the battery life was rubbish , so I came back to fitbit on Saturday and not surprised to find half the features I had issues with on the lux versa versa 2 and 3 still doesnt work for me .
1- no stress score never ever works for me says sync your Fitbit tommorow been doing it 4 days still nothing.
2- no sleep score it's also never worked for me , meeting all requirements , still nothing tired WEARING it higher lower under wrist on wrist . Just harps on about inconsistent heartrate
3- no sleep hours or info showing on my actual Fitbit watch face but does show hours on my phone app but obviously no sleep stages etc .
4- no breath rate data at all never works
5- no heart heart variability, never worked
Tried all the suggestions as STATED never worked for me on the other models , so annoying when you buy a watch paid 149.99 so for features not to work on it it takes the mick abit , I find whenever you reach out for support it's the same excuse over and over the only thing I can praise fitbit for is the battery life , I'm still on 70% since sat that's one thing I cant fault which brought me back but features wise its awful
