Feedback about Fitbit Versa - My experience

Hey all just a little heads up to let you know do not update your new Fitbit as it will break and the best they will do is offer you 30% off a new device. 

At a time where people should be coming together as I have been paid off like a lot of people and Fitbit expect me to pay £120+ for a new device when they broke mine, was working perfectly fine up until the update. It is a common problem with devices and they just do not care.

I received a disgusting email from them yesterday saying they won’t be offering me anything else even though it was their fault. 

Be very careful when buying a Fitbit as as soon as you are out of warranty they will make the update break your device so you will buy a new one. 

Shocked at the customer service from such a big company. Obviously feeling the pinch so are robbing their loyal customers!

Just looked on your website... the Fitbit versa lite is £149.99 on your website but this just gets more unbelievable my the minute!
