Ok yall, I'm tired of fitbit having software issues with no resolutions. I spent hard earned money basically on an expensive digital watch at this point bc my new versa 2 will only do sleep and heart rate functions. Nothing else works. So I took my story and a sampling of the current issues with Fitbit's responses to the news.
