Feedback about Versa 2 - My experience

I can’t find a place to review it, but I’d like to caution you if you are looking to buy the Versa 2. I had mine for less than a week and it is already broken. I never buy nice things for myself but decided to splurge on this and I treated it extremely carefully. Didn’t shower with it, cleaned it, and made sure not to bump it on anything. Then yesterday the screen goes all black and now it is flashing the logo every 5 seconds. I did every single reset possible and called customer service and let them walk me through a reset. Nothing worked so thank goodness I purchased a warranty. They are sending me a new one in the mail but I do not have high hopes. Be careful when buying this, especially if your money means a lot to you.

Mine was great for almost a year. I have seen a number of recent posts here all experiencing the same problems... screen goes blank, goes to logo, turns off suddenly, still syncs with phone, screen won’t work to turn on / track a specific exercise, etc. I think I agree with one of the others that the problems started after the last SW/iOS update. Hopefully they get that fixed soon, it is truly disappointing not being able to use it as it was designed to be used. With so many people having the same problems, likely not the device itself (except perhaps once’s that we only hold a charge or turn on at all).
