Feedback about Versa not responding

Fitbit has the worst customer support ever. I stopped receiving notifications on my versa was advised to do a reset after I did the reset the watch will no longer turn on. After going through several more steps with customer service they could not get the watch back on either. Then I was told my watch was still under warranty but could not be replaced because in october my husbands had to be replaced and they did the replacement under the wrong account. So I now have a 200 dollars piece of crap watch that I used for 3 months and fitbit will not own up to there mistake. Never again will I own another fitbit. Fitbit you just lost 2 loyal customers.

@Paulapick, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa experienced issues with the display. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup.
