My Versa lite was not notifying me of any of my notifications this morning so I came to the Fitbit community and they told me to restart/reset my device that is what I did now my Fitbit won’t turn on or anything, I contacted support, the online chat lady told me to order my replacement, but then the guy I talked to like two hours before her told me to plug it into my computer and do an update that way... I just got my Fitbit on Friday it updated after I set it up, before I order my replacement, could anyone help me?

@Faithlynn5313, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding your Fitbit Versa Lite, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they placed a replacement order after you posted in the Community.
Please confirm if the issue has been resolved.
