Hello, my name is Brian. Versa 2 owner. Wow, I waited for the prerelease hoopla and bought just recently hoping bugs, apps an accessories would follow. What happened? Nothing syncs, useful apps non-existant for a smartwatch in 2020. Even straps and protection do not mention the Versa 2 compatibility. This site doesn't even acknowledge the Versa 2. Logging in to get here was even hidden. You have a menu selection of Charge, Charge HR, Charge 2 and Charge 3 and then you have a Versa selection. Oh, I guess the completely redesigned, just launched Versa 2 doesn't get a main menu choice. Just like app support and accessories, should I be concerned that this was a rushed unfinished Christmas push and you haven't caught up with vendor support and marketing even on your own website or is it just now an oops and let's discount it 40% in its first debut and be done with it? Uber, Pandora, Alexa and I'm checking on Walgreens do not support and defer to you? Synching and Bluetooth support nightmares. How can Fitbit and so many Fitbit departments and vendors fail? Please tell me I bought a product that you didn't write off as a mistake.
