Fibit Versa - Black screen

Hello,

 

I bought my fitbit versa in 2019 (just about 2 years). All of a sudden today, I saw a couple of lines on the screen, charged it as it was running out of battery. After charging it no longer turns on. I tried resetting and factory reset but nothing works. Do Fitbit's last for more than 1.5 years? Very disappointing that we need to get a new one almost every alternate year. This is the 2nd device that this has happened with. The 1st one was a Charge HR when I was told, they couldn't do anything as it was out of warranty.

 

Please advice.

I to am seeing a similar problem, My fit bit works and I can see the data logging on my phone, but no matter what I try I cannot get the screen back. Fitbit needs to step up to the plate and stand by their products.
