Hi there,
I have read read all the threads on this topic and have tried all suggestions. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, I have unpaired/removed the device, turned bluetooth on and off. Basically I have removed everything and then started completely from scratch. I get all messages come through but no vibrations. Remindets to mice and 10000 goal have also stopped vibrating. I also have no vibrations when using the stop watch or holding down the left hand button. The other weird thing is everytime I go into the app it re syncs or tries to resync itself. I have tried having a text sent whilst the app is open and synced but still no vibrations. I've checked vibrations on both through the app, phone and left hand button. Any ideas greatly received. If not I'm taking it back tomorrow.

@MaryPoppins75 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that the vibration function is not working on your Fitbit Versa. By the way, thank you for trying all the recommended troubleshooting steps before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that's been helpful. Before trying it, sync your Versa in order to avoid losing your current data.
Please perform a factory reset on your device by opening the Settings app >About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
After this, set up your Versa from scratch and see set a silent alarm, notifications and see if the vibrations work.

Hi Juan,
I've synced and then performed a factory reset. I've uninsured the device un installed and re installed the app. My Versa is now stuck in the first screen asking me to download the app. Earlier today I wore it for my usual gym workout and it completely miss counted the calories and duration of the work out. It has also kept unsyncing from the phone.
I am getting incredible frustrated at constantly re installing everything and getting no where!
Ok over an hour later I have finally got the versa set up and everything re installed. Still no vibrations on silent alarm or when holding left hand button or turning on or off. Have checked vibrations are on in dashboard and checked by holding left hand button. Messages are coming through but still no vibrations.
Also everytime I open the Fitbit app it goes into sync mode and yes all day syncing is on.

@MaryPoppins75 I'm sorry for the late response. However, thank you for trying the troubleshooting steps that were shared previously.
Since your Versa is still unable to vibrate, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
