Steps not tracking

my Versa is not tracking steps. It says I did 284 steps all day yesterday - and the past few days have all been similar. Sleep and heart rate seem to be tracking ok - but I really want the steps. I’ve already done a reset on the device and there are no issues with syncing.

Hi, do you use a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change your Clock Face to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa, preferable multiple times in a row.

Thank you. I was having the same issue and had a 3rd party clock face. I switched to Fitbit clockface, reset 2x and after 20 minutes or so my steps are tracking in real time. I wasn’t having issues with my 3rd party clockface until yesterday. Thanks again.👍🏼
