Fibit's Inadequate Response [Widespread Issues]

- Multiple customers recently stated that their Fitbit Versa is either not turning on or not charging.
- Other sub forum for the Ionic are experiencing the same issue(s).
- These customers are a mix of old and new. Meaning that a person that purchased recently 2 months ago is having the same problem as one purhchased over 1 year ago.

 

Fitbit has not addressed this problem affecting multiple users.
They have not acknowledged that their technical team are aware of the issue and are working on it.
They are not communicating to customers of the widespread issue.

 

Unfortunately, I owned my versa past the warranty period. I will only be receiving a discount offer to purchase potentially another defect product. I will pass on this "benefit"
Those still under warranty may receive another one but will soon see the same issues again and will be out of luck like me.

 

Fitbit staffs, please let us know how you are resolving this issue in a greater scale other than just individually offering subpar discount to your loyal customers. Please let your loyal customers and community know what actions are being taken to address the widespread issues.
