Hiya,
My watch now for the last month or so won't let me receive any notifications, I have followed the how to guide do this however everything I have tried is not working.
Please can you advise on what the next steps are? When I look into my notification settings it is telling me my phone needs a reset however this does not change anything.

Mines the same and I've only had the watch for 6 hours. Working great to start with then suddenly stopped and continually tells me to restart phone. Not impressed for the price I paid

Was having same problem with newly bought Versa2.
1) unpaired the versa2
2) uninstalled the app
3) reinstall and reconfigure
4) check the notification what you need

I've got the same issue, been like it for the past couple of weeks now,m even the last month. I've tried all the trouble shooting and what you listed above but no joy at getting it to work, all it keeps saying is "a phone restart is require" so I restart my phone and it keep appearing. Funny think is when you send a test notification/call that works but will still not work normally no matter what I try!
