Fiit Activities Not Syncing with Fitbit Versa 3

I decided to sign up for Fiit as my Vitality life insurance benefit offered for free for 12 months. I did my first workout, which uses my Versa 3 tracker to connect with the Fiit app direcy on the watch.

Even though I'm connected via the Fiit app to Fitbit it doesn't crop up as a tracked activity in the Fitbit app.

Usually I trigger activity via the Exercise app on my Versa 3 and it track as expected. But I'd assumed that the Fiit app would do the same.

Anyone got experience?

Hi there @duggu19. Welcome to Community Forums.

I appreciate the information shared. I'd recommend you follow the instructions on How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?. Also verify you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device as well.

Then unpair the device from your Fitbit account and from the bluetooth settings on all devices, and then pair it by following these instructions. Some users find it useful to refresh the performance.

After you perform these steps you can also try to restart your Fitbit device.
