Firbit Versa not connecting properly

Hello, I bought Samsung A7 2018, but is not connecting properly. I hope samsung A7 2018 will be add to list of phones what is working properly.

Hi, although it's not listed in the supported devices, it does not automatically mean that it not working. The 7 is in the list. Read this article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? Hope this helps and good luck!!

Hello, im already been using Fitbit Versa, with huawei p9, and i was getting mobile notifications messages and ringa, but on samsung a7 2018 im not getting any notifications, i done all steting right like before with huawei p9.

Hi, what you try to do, is the following:

1. Disable BT and WiFi of your A7

2. Deinstall the Fitbit app

3. Restart your A7

4. Reinstall Fitbit and enable BT and WiFi again.

5. When Fitbit asks you to login enter you account data.

Than try again enabling notifications. Hope this helps.

BTW, during this procedure do not unpair your Versa form the Fitbit app, nor remove it!!!

Do you mean by nothing, that you're also not able to sync between your A7 and the Versa?

Im getting Versa notification and i can see everything whats goin on, like sleep time, steps and etc. But i still not getting phone notificationa, like messagea, calls ant whatever.

Maybe just a stupid question: did you enable notifications on the activity screen of the Versa. You'll get that screen by pressing and holding the left button for about two secs. After that go to the settings of your Versa, scroll down to Notifications and press it and see whether Notifications during day and night are "on".

Have you tried connected gps with the A7?  I'd be very interested to know if it works.
