Got the notification that my Versa has an update available. So, I proceeded to do the update, it gets to 10% then goes into error mode, it prompts me to use Bluetooth and that gets an error. I removed the Versa from my app, Bluetooth and restarted the versa. I then re-attempt to download the update and it doesn't work, just gives me errors.
Errors-
WiFi: Wi-Fi Firmware Update Failure please try again later. It prompts me to try Bluetooth.
Bluetooth: The operation couldn't be completed. (com.fitbit.HTTP error 500.)
Now I cannot access apps or clock faces.
Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi, make sure that during the entire update proces your device is connected via Wifi with your Versa. The easiest way to do that and make sure it stays connected, is by plugging you mobile device to you PC, go to Wifi settings and click connect. It will stay connected as long as the screen of you mobile device stays on, once the screen goes off and you switch it on again and the go to Wifi settings, you will notice that your Network is there, but not connected. Hope this helps, good luck!
