I would like my watch to display the time from a timezone that I am not in. I go to "advanced settings" and then to timezone. I select the timezone that I want the Versa to use and submit the change. When my Versa syncs with my iPhone it changes to the timezone that I want to be in. However, this is only temporary. I've done this many times and every time, after less than a day, the settings revert back to the timezone that I am physically in. I go back to "advanced settings" and I see that the timezone has somehow reset. I select the timezone I want and submit again. But again, at some point it reverts back. It seems to me that the timezone I select should stick.
Thanks,
BLT.

@blt61 yes, it should. Just to confirm automatic time zone and automatic location settings are OFF in your Fitbit mobile app? If they still don't "stick" try turning them off and selecting the time zone from the account settings on Fitbit.com.

I would like to be able to let you know whether the time zone issue is resolved. But unfortunately I have now run into problems syncing the versa to the Fitbit app on my iPhone. I had the problem previously with a very old iPhone and put it down to phone issues, But a couple of weeks ago I got a new iPhone. Versa was syncing, but also resetting the timezone. However, now it refuses to sync. I have read the threads about this issue, but have not had time to do all the mucking about with it that seems to be required.
