I have recently been having syncing issues where it will sync and short me lots of minutes or calories. I went from 118 to 52 minutes after syncing, and today I just lost 400 calories after syncing. I have tried to re-install, force close the app, redo the Bluetooth , but my lost data won’t come back! Any other people having this problem? What to do?

I’m having a similar issue, losing active minutes and being discredited 2-3000 steps intermittently.
I’ve tried disabling Bluetooth, restarting my iPhone and Versa to no avail. Just updated my iPhone OS with no fix either.
Strange, as my higher step count is still being counted in my challenges. 🤷:female_sign:
I’m currently running 32.32.10.15.

@SunsetRunner @emurtagh84 can you please verify that the data is missing from Dashboard on Fitbit.com and from Today app on your Versa (swipe up on the main screen to open)?

Egh, I did not see this message until now as I rarely use my Laptop. If this happens again I will reply ... thank you for your response @Marrrmaduke!
