I was trying to get the bitmoji clock face, however it indicates that I might need to update to the latest versions on my phone app and watch. When I check for updates on the app on my phone, it says I am up to date. When I check the version on my watch, it is 32.32.12.19 but I do not have any pink banner or anything indicating or instructing me how to update. When I login to fitbit.com I still have no help there. Am I missing something??

Your watch indicates you have a Versa not a Versa 2 [it will have 3 buttons] and it doesn't have the latest firmware.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you get the latest firmware version necessary to install the bitmoji clock face.
