I have been trying for over 3 hours to update the firmware but it doesn't complete the last step of the update. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the apo, made sure my watch was on charge, turn bluetooth on and off, check fitbit app up to date, tried turning my phone on and off but nothing works. I have noticed others reporting the same thing on these forums and looks like to me that this is a problem from fitbits end.

Fitbit charge 3 is the worst treated device software wise they are not even providing an updated clock faces which is easily supportable on this device
