How do we get in touch with customer service. Seems like it is limited... my charge will not hold on my versa. Any tips on how to rectify this?

Hello @Annie4253, welcome on board. Thanks for the details provided in your post about your Versa not holding a charge, I'll be glad to help you.

To better assist you, I'd recommend checking: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Also, I recommend that you follow these below steps in order to properly charger your watch:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?

If the issue persists, let me know and I will be glad to create a support case on your behalf. We're sorry for the hard time you had while reaching our Support Team, due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.
