Firmware update not working

Firmware update not working, my versa is no longer syncing with the Fitbit app.

My phone is new and Bluetooth works perfectly.

My fitbit is stuck on the down load page and will not return to the clock, workout section.  My app and the desktop computer show my steps, but I can not get the face of the fitbit to go any where but the Icon and the blue down load background off.

Yes. I'm also having the same issue after updating to the lastest Android app version. Also verified that Bluetooth on both devices are working . In the end I have to sync it to my older iPhone.

@Shabom @Raidenlyves Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa trackers are not accepting the new firmware update. I'd like you to restart your trackers as described in this help article. Once this has been done, please try updating the firmware one more time and let me if the process goes through.
