Versa won't turn back on

My versa wouldn't connect to my phone so I tried turning on and off bluetooth, but that didn't work. Then I tried restarting my versa a couple of times and it still wouldn't connect. So i unpaired it in the fitbit app and restarted the whole process. Still nothing. So I factory reset it and now it wont even turn on. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

@CJ2018 Put it back on a charger for 2 hours and try rebooting it again by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. If this does not help, try performing 3-button factory reset as follows:

  1. Press and hold all 3 buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. This may take up to 3 miuntes
  2. After Fitbit logo disappears, release the bottom right button
  3. Wait until you feel strong vibration and release the other buttons.

You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.

@CJ2018 Does it react at all when you plug it for charging? Try using USB on your computer. Also, try to rub the contacts with alcohol and plug for charging again. If factory reset does not help and your tracker does not react to charging, then I'm afraid you will need to reach out to Customer Support as this might be a hardware issue.

@CJ2018 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not turning its display on even after following the troubleshooting steps that provided my friend @Marrrmaduke. After cleaning the contacts as she mentioned, plug the Versa in the charger and leave it charging for at least 2 hours and see if it turns on.

If your tracker is still unresponsive, let me know and I'll be happy to follow up! Smiley Happy

Thank you so much for all of the help. Unfortunately, wiping the contact points and charging it for two hours still did not turn my watch back on. Do you happen to have any other suggestions?
