On my 3rd fit bit. Started with a charge 3 in Dec. Did an update, lost screen, wouldn't come back on. Returned it, upgraded to versa light, did recent update, same thing. Upgraded to the 2 last week and asking for an update ugh. Afraid to update.. Not impressed. Fit bit is being recommended for older ppl and most are not tech savvy.. Partner has a Samsung and hasn't had a glitch in over 2 year's now. Also didn't have pay for all of the health features. Just saying, I should have went Samsung 😢
