My Versa 2 SE stopped tracking steps and stopped syncing after the latest update. I tried to remove it from my app an re-pairing as that usually fixes occasional syncing glitches but that didn't work. I tried to factory reset it and now it is completely non-responsive, demonstrate even seem to be charging. What can I do to try to fix this?
