I am barely able to connect or maintain a Bluetooth connection with the fit bit app. It is very hit or miss, and I am using Android 8.0. Any suggestions? I feel that for a $200 watch the app should have no issues with a newer version of Android in connecting. Without this connection the Versa isn't much more than a glorified pedometer. I have owned it for 2 days, but if I can't get this issue resolved I will be returning for a full refund.

I am going through the same. I restarted my phone, the Versa, Bluetooth and now on the phone to Fitbit. Mine was working fine until yesterday and now it wont even register with the app.

What is the issue with the Fitbit app/Versa.
Saying that it is not connecting really does not describe when the issue occurs or what is not happening.
Are you having sync issues, try removing the Versa from the bluetooth list on the phone.
Notification issues
GPS issues
Unable to add apps or change clock faces?
To sync the Versa does not need to be shown as trusted in the bluetooth list on the phone.
It does for notifications and gps, along with weather, changing clocks.
Please include the model model phone that the issue is with

Since I'm unable to determine what the issue is above, sorry @DF19 bit im not site what the same issue you ate having are having ate if you have the same phone.?
