I've tried all the troubleshooting help still no luck although it was ok last week. It shows as connected but when it comes to transferring music, the device isn't found. As I said I've tried all the troubleshooting stuff like disconnecting and reconnecting, toggling Bluetooth on and off, ensuring everything is up to date. restarting the Fitbit itself. Nothing. I've done everything. It was ok last week, so obviously the issue isn't with me, it's with the watch. It's a pity Fitbit don't take a bit more responsibility for this as it's a common problem. I'll save my money next time and get an apple watch I think. Meantime, has anyone has anyone tried something else? Any help appreciated

Hi, try using WiFi instead of BT. Put Versa in the charger and connect it to PC. Do that with your phone also. In the Fitbit app, go to WiFi settings, press it and press the white WiFi icin right next to your home network and Fitbit will start making a connection. Once established the white icon turn to blue and says connected. Now you should be able to transfer music. See also this Help article.

What type of music are you trying to sync @sjw3915
Is it a play list on your computer or pandora or Deezer?

Your Versa had no way to connect directly to your iTunes account.
You will need to download the music first to your computer.
