Anyone having issues syncing Fitbit versa to MINDBODY app?

Hi, this app is not supported by Fitbit. I would advice you to post your question in the Feature Suggestions Board, which is especially created for these kind of requests. Click the link and on top of the screen on the right side you'll see "Make a new suggestion". Press that and post your question there.

Hello @TammyB01 and welcome to the Help forums.  The advice given by @SunsetRunner is incorrect.  You can link your Fitbit app with the MINDBODY app.  First, verify in your MINDBODY app that you have made the link.  See this link for help from the MINDBODY Support page.

 

Did your apps sync and then stop or did they never link at all?

Hi there,
I went into MINDBODY and I get to connect Fitbit and when I press connect it doesn’t do anything.

If the mind body website is giving you issues then you will need to contact Mindbody. 

They are responsible for their connection with Fitbit.
