Fit Versa won't charge

My Fit bit Versa has stopped working suddenly inspite of being completely charged .

Tried holding all 3 buttons for 15 secs - occasionally vibrates but nothing on the screen.

Recharged it again for 4 hours, no change.

Fit bit has just stopped working.

any suggestions plz

That try of a restart is not the right procedure. To restart a versa press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.

 

If that doesn't help then it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it.
