Hey guys,
i have read a lot of FAQs and group helps. My Fitbit Versa is new. No clockface will show me the temperature no matter what one I switch it to. It has location access on my iPhone 8. All permissions are granted. I have reboot it. I have synced it many times. It will not show the temperature at all on the clockface. It shows it when I open the weather app, but not on any clockface that I install (that has the spot for temperature)
also, my heart rate only monitors when I tap the Fitbit. It doesn’t stay on for long and the setting are to have it on.
Please help. I just bought it and I’ve tried everything that I found. It isn’t working right.

@Kelsolander As you mentioned you had just bought your Versa, I'm assuming you're running the latest firmware (2.2). Many 3rd party clockfaces (if not majority) and apps have compatibility issues with this sdk. They need to be updated by their respective developers. You can contact the developer of the clockface you're using via the link provided on the clockface page in the Fitbit mobile app. The lack of compatibility might be a reason for both temperature and hr not being displayed. Just to make sure, if you open Today app on your Versa (by swiping up on the main screen) and scroll down to heartrate, is it properly displayed? Or do you see "--". If it's displayed then Versa is measuring it. You can also analyze HR recordings in your Fitbit mobile app. I recommend switching clockfaces for now to one of Fitbit originals.

@Kelsolander Can you take a screenshot of your HR displayed in the Fitbit mobile app for last night and yesterday?
