Fit bit not taking HR

Hey. My fit bit versa stop taking my HR. I have checked that HR is on in settings. I have re-started it and also did a factory reset. What`s next? Can I send it somewhere to get it repaired?

You need to contact Support (link in my signature) as you have done all the usual 'fixes'
