I have a fit bit Versa which is a little over a year old, I absolutely luv it, but it’s just stopped working well at least I think that’s what’s wrong with it. Dammed disappointed if it is dead coz I would expect it to last more than a year with the price they are. Any idea wher I can send it in New Zealand to get fixed/replaced???
thanks Andi

Unfortunately, Fitbit don't have repair centres and the trackers don't tend to be repairable.
In the hope it's just a software glitch, try restarting by pressing and holding the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
If that doesn't help then it suggests a hardware issue. Even though it sounds like you might be out of warranty, it's worth contacting customer support to see if they can help in any way: contact.fitbit.com
