Yesterday my Fitbit Versa died and would not turn back on at all, and it had about 50% charge. I tried to reset as I found in the troubleshooting information but the Fitbit Logo did not appear. When I was placing the Fitbit on charge the regular charge symbol did not appear. I placed the Fitbit on charge and then a few hours later it was back at 100%.
I put it on my wrist, went to sleep and when I woke up the Fitbit would not turn on again.
I have noticed lately that it has been draining battery quicker then usual.

Hi, before contacting Customer Support, try restarting your Versa several times, If this does not solve the problem, contact them. Regards kuzibri

I tried this several times and it won’t turn in it do anything and has been in charge all day. There has been no previous issue with the battery of charger.
How do I contact customer support?
